Santa Clara, CA - Tuesday, April 9, 2002 — SolutionSoft Systems, Inc., a leading provider of Intelligent Data Optimization (IDO) solutions announced today that its Online Archiving Storage Manager has earned “Verified Compatible with Microsoft Windows 2000” status through third party testing firm Veritest.

The e-Space Solution overcomes storage crises through patent-pending technology that enables online archiving, which is transparent to users and their applications. It uses policy-based compression to allow more data files to be stored online. Compressed files retain the same names and attributes to let users find and access the data easy and fast. Upon access, the files are automatically decompressed.

Or, using the graphical user interface, you can modify the storage policy in seconds by specifying different characteristics – such as file extension, size, name, last-modified date, last-access date, or minimum compression percent.
